Expressline Automated Telephone Service

Fiscal’s Expressline Automated Telephone Service is a convenient way to access your account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  With Expressline, you can conduct all of the following transactions:  

  • Review transaction history
  • Make transfers between Fiscal accounts
  • Check your account balance  
  • Stop payment on a check
  • Make a loan payment
  • Obtain Fiscal rate information
  • …and much more!

Plus, there is a bi-lingual version of Expressline available to Fiscal members with savings, checking, money market or loan accounts.

The following are the step-by-step instructions to access Expressline:  

  • Call (800) 311-3328 and select menu option 4.  
  • Enter your Fiscal member number followed by the pound sign (#).
  • Enter your access code (or password) followed by the pound sign.
  • Then, follow the directions given by the telephone teller to access information through the service. 

Notice to New Members:

As a new member, you are automatically eligible to enroll in Fiscal’s Expressline Automated Telephone Service and your access code (password) is defaulted to the last four digits of your Social Security or TIN number. For your security, please change the code to a number of your choice after accessing your account for the first time (4 - 6 numbers are allowed).
