As a new member, you are automatically eligible to enroll in Fiscal’s Expressline Automated Telephone Service and your access code (password) is defaulted to the last four digits of your Social Security or TIN number. For your security, please change the code to a number of your choice after accessing your account for the first time (4 - 6 numbers are allowed).
