HOW TO REGISTER FOR ONLINE BANKING
If you currently use Expressline automated phone service, register for online banking with the following 4 easy steps:
- Go to www.fiscal.org and click on "Fiscal Connect."
- Login using your member number and your Expressline access code (password).
- Note: If your Expressline access code contains letters, convert them to numbers off your phone key pad.
- Change your password at first login when prompted.
- Review the Terms and Conditions, scroll down, then click "OK" to agree.
- Begin accessing your accounts online.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR BILL PAY
- Go to www.fiscal.org, click on "Fiscal Connect," and login to online banking.
- Click on "Bill Payment" then click on "Click Here to Register."
- Review the Terms and Conditions, scroll down, then click "OK" to agree.
- Fill out the application completely.
- Click on "Submit." Within 1-3 days, you will receive an e-mail confirming your Bill Payment application is approved. You will then receive a second e-mail within 1-3 days, confirming your Bill Payment service is active.
- Login to online banking and access Bill Payment.
