Expressline Automated Phone Service
This convenient automated service allows for access to account information 24/7/365. With Expressline, you can review transaction history; make transfers between Fiscal accounts; check balances and more. The bi-lingual Expressline is available to those with Fiscal share draft (checking) and share (savings) accounts, Insured Money Market accounts and Loans.
To access the Expressline, call (800) 311-3328 or (818) 553-8200 and select menu option 4. Next, enter your FCU membership number followed by the pound sign (#) then your access code(password) followed by the pound sign.
Notice to New Members
As a new member you are automatically enrolled in our Expressline telephone service and your access code (password) is defaulted to the last four digits of your social security or TIN number. For your security, you need to change the code to a number of your choice after accessing your account for the first time(4 - 6 numbers are allowed).
TO ACCESS YOUR ACCOUNTS, PRESS 1
You will be prompted to enter your member number (then #) and your PIN (then #).
To protect your privacy, you will be asked to answer a security question.
To inquire on your account(s), press 1
(Enter the number from the list. NOT your actual actual account or loan number)
- For information on Checking Accounts, press 1 (information includes balance, withdrawals, deposits, specific check information)
- For information on Savings or Money Market Accounts, press 2 (information includes balance, withdrawals, deposits)
- For information on Certificate or Individual Retirement Accounts, press 3 (information includes balance, maturity date)
- For information on Loan Accounts, press 4 (information includes balance, payoff, interest)
To request a stop payment, press 2
A fee may be assessed for this service if the item is presented for payment. To continue, press 1; to cancel, press 2.
To reorder checks, press 3
To transfer funds, press 4
A list of available accounts and loans will be provided. Enter the number from the list, NOT your actual account or loan number.
You may also transfer to another membership, provided you have enrolled in Cross Member Transfer.
To change your PIN, press 5
To withdraw funds with a check, press 6
If you want to withdraw a check from your Checking Account, press 1
For a check from your Savings or Money Market Account, press 2
To log in using another member number, press 7
To repeat this menu, press 8
To return to the previous menu, press 9
To speak with a Member Service Representative, press 0 (during normal business hours)
