Fiscal Credit Union's Silver Bills Auto Loan Promotion and Sweepstakes ran between December 15, 2010 and March 31, 2011. Upon its conclusion, the Credit Union drew a random draw to determine the winner from among 41 qualified members. The winner of the Grand Prize - an iPad - was Mr. Vigen Gevorkyan. Mr. Gevorkyan had this to say about his experience with Fiscal:

"I had great experience with Fiscal. They have great people, great service, and low auto loan rates. I refinanced my car and got a very good rate. And, I won the Sweepstakes Prize....My first win ever! I am very excited about the iPad!!!
